Issue compiling from authorizenet-0.3.2008.0924-beta-src

I downloaded the source and opened the project file with Visual Studio 2008 which upgraded the project file. After selecting "permanently remove the project from source control" the project says it's missing the files AuthorizeNET.snk and AssemblyInfo.cs

Deleted the files from the project and it compiles though so hopefully it's not an issue. Just a heads up.

Looks like a promising project. Could use some sample code. I've found using the built-in Visual Studio Unit Tests to be a great way to do testing and sample code!

I didn't include the assembly info or key files with the source download because I wanted users to implement their own for each.

As for the VS2008 tools, I would love to be able to use them, but I only have VS2005 and VC# 2008 Express.  I've been thinking about going with NUnit as I've heard great reviews about it.

Thanks for the feedback!
